Former USC and Boise State quarterback Malachi Nelson, the former five-star player who was the No. 1 overall recruit in ESPN's Class of 2023, has committed to UTEP, sources told ESPN's Pete Thamel on Sunday, after entering the transfer portal on Dec. 12.
